ALNICO MAGNET
alnico.gif (21721 bytes) (I) Introduction:
These metallic permanent magnets are based on Alnico alloys. Depending on composition and manufacturing process isotropic and anisotropic magnets can be produced with a wide range of magnetic properties. The magnets can be made either by casting or sintering process, this depends on the shape, weight and tolerances. ALNICO magnets are especially being used, when a low temperature dependence is required.
